Business Development Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and driven Business Development Executive to join our team for both day and night shifts. If you’re passionate about sales, building strong client relationships and contributing to a growing organization, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through social media, cold calls and networking.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understand their needs and offer customized solutions.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and market opportunities.
Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver engaging business proposals and presentations.
Sales Tracking: Monitor, report and manage sales pipelines to ensure targets are met.

Requirements

Education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience: 6 months to 1 year in business development or a similar role (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).

Skills:

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Availability: Flexible to work either day or night shifts as per team requirements.
