Key Responsibilities:

Financial Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all applicable financial laws, regulations, and internal policies within the educational sector.
Internal Controls Implementation: Design and implement internal controls to safeguard the institution's financial assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Policy Development: Develop, implement, and maintain financial governance policies and procedures to promote ethical financial practices across all campuses.
Risk Assessment and Management: Identify potential financial compliance risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Financial Audits: Conduct regular financial audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Training and Education: Conduct training sessions for staff and faculty on financial compliance-related topics to foster a culture of integrity and accountability.
Monitoring and Reporting: Regularly monitor financial compliance activities, conduct audits, and report findings to senior management.
Liaison Duties: Act as a point of contact between the institution and financial regulatory bodies, ensuring timely communication and resolution of compliance issues.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) are advantageous.
Proven experience in financial compliance, governance, or a related role, preferably within the education sector.
Strong understanding of financial laws and regulations in Pakistan.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
