Business Development Executive

We're looking for a passionate and innovative Business Development Executive who can help us redefine our brand, expand our client base, and bring fresh ideas that will position us as a market leader.

What You’ll Do:

Develop and execute business development strategies to attract new clients and corporate bookings.
Bring creative and modern ideas to reposition our brand and services in the market.
Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and emerging customer demands.
Build and maintain strong relationships with event planners, companies, and individual clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve branding, advertising, and social media presence.
Help improve customer experience and service offerings to stay ahead of competitors.

Who Are You:

You have genuine enthusiasm for events, catering, and hospitality.
A creative thinker with a good understanding of current market trends.
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (hospitality sector preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
