Deputy General Manager Production

Production Planning & Management: Oversee the entire production process, ensuring timely, efficient manufacturing aligned with business targets, quality standards, and cost objectives. Address daily production issues to prevent disruptions.

Team Leadership & Development: Lead and develop production teams, setting performance goals, providing coaching, and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and ISO certifications. Collaborate with quality assurance to resolve product defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Cost Management & Efficiency: Manage the production budget, optimize resource use, implement cost-saving initiatives, and review processes to identify and resolve inefficiencies.

Equipment & Facility Management: Oversee machinery and facility maintenance, ensuring operational safety and efficiency, while coordinating with procurement for sourcing raw materials and supplies.

Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, enforce safety policies, conduct audits, and implement risk mitigation strategies to prevent accidents.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, R&D, sales, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of production goals and timely order fulfillment.
