You will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of travel and tour services, managing logistics, and optimizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures specific to the travel and tour industry.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including tour planning, logistics coordination, and vendor management.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure operational strategies align with business goals.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
Identify opportunities for innovation and implement solutions to enhance overall operational performance.
Lead and inspire a high-performing operations team, promoting a positive and customer-focused culture.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in operations management within the travel and tour industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of travel logistics, destination management, and customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
Proficiency in travel industry software and tools.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced environment.
