Responsibilities

Create and review construction designs, blueprints, and project specifications in collaboration with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure comprehensive planning and execution.
Oversee construction sites, ensuring that work adheres to approved plans, timelines, and quality standards while monitoring safety compliance.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution and ensure timely delivery of resources.
Manage project budgets rigorously, controlling costs and tracking the usage of materials and labor to ensure adherence to financial constraints.
Ensure full compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines during all construction activities.
