Enumerator (Project Based)

As an Enumerator Intern at Rozee, you will play a pivotal role in a significant research project for the London School of Economics. This project-based internship offers you the opportunity to engage in telephonic surveys that provide valuable insights for data collection and research analysis. We seek enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. Your contributions will be vital in understanding research methodologies and driving data-informed decisions. The position is located in Lahore Gulberg and operates during business hours from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, for a duration of one month. We look for dedicated interns who are punctual, reliable, and eager to join our team immediately to make a meaningful impact on our research efforts.
Responsibilities

Conduct telephonic surveys following specified research protocols and guidelines to ensure compliance and reliability.
Gather data accurately and efficiently, ensuring precision and clarity in responses to facilitate analysis.
Maintain accurate records of survey responses and input data into designated systems to ensure data integrity.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail by reviewing collected data for any inconsistencies or errors that may affect outcomes.
Communicate effectively with participants, assuring them of confidentiality and clearly explaining the purpose of the survey.
Exhibit problem-solving skills by proactively addressing any challenges encountered during data collection to minimize disruptions.
Manage time efficiently to ensure all surveys are completed within established project deadlines without compromising quality.
Report findings and observations to the research team, providing a comprehensive overview of collected data for further analysis.
Collaborate with team members to optimize the survey process, seeking ways to enhance the quality of data collection and participant engagement.
Exhibit professionalism and maintain a positive attitude towards both participants and the research team, fostering a productive work atmosphere.
