Import Executive

As an Import Executive at Rozee, you will play a vital role in overseeing the import process and ensuring compliance with customs regulations and documentation management. Your expertise in handling Letter of Credit (LC) operations and import documentation will be essential for maintaining the flow of goods into the company. You will work closely with banks and other stakeholders to ensure that all transactions are executed smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

Handle all aspects of Letter of Credit (LC) operations, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions for timely processing.
Prepare and meticulously review LC forms to ensure accuracy and completeness, facilitating smooth transactions.
Act as the primary liaison between Rozee and bank officials regarding all matters related to Letters of Credit.
Promptly resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise in the LC process, ensuring minimal disruption to import operations.
Ensure that all import documentation is accurately prepared, maintained, and compliant with the company's policies and legal regulations.
Create and maintain a comprehensive filing system for all LC-related documents, ensuring easy access and organization.
Prepare and present regular reports on import activities and LC status to management for informed decision-making.
Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements related to import operations, enhancing efficiency and compliance.
