Corporate Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Sales Manager to lead and oversee corporate sales operations, drive revenue growth, and manage client relationships. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and business development skills to expand the company’s corporate customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with key corporate clients.
Lead and manage the corporate sales team, providing guidance and support.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies.
Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals with corporate clients.
Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to enhance customer experience.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for senior management.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
