- Oversee quality assurance and control processes for auto spare parts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and tests to ensure products meet quality specifications and customer requirements.
- Lead and mentor the QA/QC team, providing training and support to maintain high-performance standards.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
- Address and resolve quality issues, conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities and provide regular reports on quality performance to senior management.
