We are seeking a highly skilled Import and Commercial Manager to join our team and play a key role in overseeing international procurement, supplier management, and commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all import-related activities, including vendor negotiations, order placement, and shipment tracking.
Ensure compliance with import regulations, tariffs, and documentation requirements.
Coordinate with shipping agents, customs authorities, and suppliers to ensure smooth clearance and delivery of goods.
Analyze and evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Develop cost-effective strategies for procurement and logistics.
Handle commercial contracts, invoicing, and payment terms with local and international suppliers.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to support production needs.
Prepare and present reports on import activities, costs, and market trends.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience in import operations, procurement, or commercial management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and documentation processes.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (experience with Odoo is preferred).
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
