Business Development Executive

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Business Developer with a proven track record in achieving targets. The primary responsibility of the Business Developer is to generate new recruitment opportunities and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients through various lead-generation techniques.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.
Meet and exceed given targets and KPIs consistently.
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Must have Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (minimum requirement)
Proven track record of 2-3 years of successful recruitment experience in Cloud based Technologies, various international job boards and recruitment best practices.
Strong professional communication skills, including excellent verbal and written communication.
Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
