We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee HR Officer to join our HR team. The successful candidate will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
2. Employee Relations: Provide support in employee relations, including responding to employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and maintaining employee records.
3. Training and Development: Assist in coordinating training programs, workshops, and other development initiatives.
4. Benefits Administration: Assist in administering employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
5. HR Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files, attendance records, and other HR-related documents.
6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR-related laws, regulations, and company policies.
7. Reporting: Assist in preparing HR-related reports, including employee data, turnover rates, and other HR metrics.
8. Special Projects: Assist with special projects, including HR-related initiatives, employee engagement activities, and other projects as assigned.
Requirements:
1. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience: 0-1 year of experience in HR or a related field.
3. Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
4. Knowledge: Basic knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
Prefference will be given to the people who are willing to make career in HR Field.
