We require someone with the great customer service to help respond on time. we will provide answers to most common question we receive.

The candidate may be required to  ook up orders , make changes to orders, or provide refunds.

Ideally, this candidate has knowledge ecommerce and social apps.

Duties include:

  • Checking messages on Facebook, instagram or any social apps.
  • Attend phone calls for guidance.
  • Answer to customers on WhatsApp.
  • Stock management
  • Moderating comments on social app , hiding complaints, deleting slander.

Qualities needed to be successful:

  • Excellent English comprehension and writing ability.
  • Courteous and compassionate customer service.
  • Problem solving ability.
