The Assistant Compliance Manager will support the Compliance Manager in maintaining and enhancing the company's compliance program, ensuring all business operations adhere to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards. This role involves assisting with risk assessments, audits, compliance training, and documentation. The Assistant Compliance Manager will collaborate closely with departments across the organization to foster a culture of compliance and address regulatory challenges proactively.

Summary of the Job:

1. Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with current regulatory requirements.

2. Help conduct risk assessments to identify compliance vulnerabilities. Support regular compliance audits and monitor key risk indicators across the company.

3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities, including audit findings, training sessions, and incident reports. Prepare summaries and reports for management review.

4. Work with the Compliance Manager to review and update company policies and procedures, incorporating any new regulations or best practices.

5. Participate in investigations of potential compliance violations, document findings, and assist with the implementation of corrective actions.

6. Help evaluate third-party vendors and partners to ensure they comply with the company’s standards and regulatory requirements.

7. Visiting sites to ensure that agreed procedures, HACCP, Food Safety, OH&S, Quality, and Halal management systems are being implemented.
