We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Assistant to support the Commercial Director in managing diverse business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in administrative tasks, coordinating with various departments, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth communication across all functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Executive Support:

  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and organize the Commercial Director’s schedule, appointments, and meetings.
  • Draft and handle emails, reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
  • Maintain confidential records and files.

Procurement & Production Coordination:

  • Assist in coordinating raw material and chemical procurement.
  •  Support in monitoring production processes and liaising with the laboratory.

Sales & Supply Chain Support:

  • Assist in sales documentation, client follow-ups, and order processing.
  • Help coordinate logistics and supply chain operations.

HR & Security Management:

  • Support in HR functions, including staff coordination, record-keeping, and recruitment processes.
  •  Monitor security protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.

Finance & Compliance:

  • Help track financial records, invoices, and payments.
  •  Assist in compliance with government regulations and industry standards.

Government & Public Communications:

  • Liaise with government departments, trade bodies, and industry associations.
  • Follow up on regulatory approvals, including those related to export and trade with Global Countries
  • Assist in communication with the Chamber of Commerce, Environmental Protection Agency, and Animal Quarantine Department.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in an administrative role.
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
  • Understanding of trade compliance, procurement, and financial documentation.
