- Daily posting of costs on the Accounting software (CRM)
- Keeping Records of Costs in the system and sharing a to-date summary with the line manager
- Daily checking of cost and submission of Reports to the line Manager
- Maintenance of cost Records from year to date
- Proper editing of costs when needed
- Follow up on missing costs with the respective team members
