We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our accounts team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate ledgers, performing basic accounting tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day financial activities. If you have a strong understanding of accounting principles and are skilled in managing accounts, we encourage you to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Tally and maintain ledgers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Process day-to-day financial transactions and update records accordingly.
- Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
- Monitor and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform general bookkeeping tasks and assist with audits as required.
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures and standards.
- Support the senior accounts team in various administrative and financial tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in basic accounting or bookkeeping.
- Familiarity with accounting software and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Tally or similar accounting software.
- Ability to handle financial data with confidentiality.
