The Retail Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the assigned branch, ensuring exceptional customer service, driving sales performance, and maintaining operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership to manage the team effectively while upholding the high standards of Saleem Fabrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Branch Operations Management:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to maintain optimal stock availability.
  • Ensure proper store layout, merchandising, and cleanliness for an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth:
  • Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and develop action plans to improve branch profitability.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Customer Service Excellence:
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.
  • Train and guide the team to deliver personalized and professional customer service.
  • Team Leadership & Development:
  • Recruit, train, and mentor branch staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Motivate the team to achieve individual and collective performance goals.
  • Financial Management:
  • Monitor and manage branch expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and sales reports.
  • Ensure compliance with financial protocols and cash handling procedures.
  • Compliance & Security:
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, health and safety standards, and legal regulations.
  • Implement measures to safeguard the branch against theft or fraud.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in retail management, preferably in the fashion or textile industry.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with POS systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
