Responsibilities:
- Product Videography for all the in-house produced products/brands/collections.
- Editing of pictures/videos and other media as per planogram shared.
- Strategizing events for optimal coverage and publishing.
- Making our forefront appropriate for presentation.
- Outdoor/Indoor shoots planning, organizing, managing, and implementation.
- Perfect imaging and final outcome.
- Ability to form new concepts for each product shoot.
- Very strict on time management at a shoot.
- Researching in-store products and making sure everything is published online and wherever needed.
- Maintaining consistency across a range of products in terms of color and lighting.
- Be responsible when needed to train new photographers in Marketing Photography Label Image, Day-to-day and merchandising roles.
- Own end-to-end process for all shoot production including budget, talent negotiations, location scouting, prop sourcing, etc.
- Manage workflow and oversee production of all e-commerce/product cut-out requirements ensuring agreed style guides are followed and brand standards maintained.
- Schedule all pre and post-production meetings with key stakeholders and external teams as required.
- Build and maintain a good network of agencies for all shoot talent.
