Sales Coordinator (Operations – After/Before Sales)

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Coordinator to manage and streamline backend operations related to both after-sales and before-sales support within the chemical manufacturing industry. This role is not focused on direct sales but rather on handling operational tasks that support the sales team’s activities. The position is based in Karachi and requires a minimum of six years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at coordinating with multiple departments to ensure efficient and smooth workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage invoices, delivery orders, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Coordinate with clients regarding payments and generate aging reports to monitor outstanding balances.
- Maintain precise data and reports using MS Excel, utilizing advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data filtering.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure seamless backend operations that support sales activities.
- Regularly update and maintain customer and transaction records.
- Provide timely operational and client coordination reports to management.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of six years of experience, preferably within the chemical or manufacturing sector.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data filtering.
- Experience with Busy Accounting Software is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively manage workload and meet deadlines.
- Male candidates residing in Karachi are preferred, especially those living near North Karachi.
