We are a leading home renovation company in North America, specializing in high-quality kitchen, bath, and interior remodeling. We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Sales & Customer Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will guide customers through our product and service offerings, convert leads into loyal clients, and ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience from the first contact through project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Convert incoming leads into successful sales by building trust and offering tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Highlight the value of our products and services, focusing on quality, affordability, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotations that align with customer requirements and budgets.
- Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Keep organized records of all customer interactions, quotations, and sales activities using CRM or ERP systems.
- Build and maintain a client portfolio, fostering long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Provide excellent post-sale support by addressing customer concerns and coordinating with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or customer support, with a strong focus on lead conversion.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to persuade and build lasting customer relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM or ERP systems for efficient management of customer data.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information:
- Experience or background in home renovation and interior design is highly desirable.
- This position requires working the night shift from 7 PM to 5 AM; candidates must be willing and able to work these hours.
- The role is full-time, offering a monthly salary range of Rs60,000 to Rs80,000.
- Candidates should be able to reliably commute to or plan to relocate to Lahore prior to starting work.
