We are looking for a motivated and articulate Sales Development Representative (SDR) who thrives on meaningful conversations and results-driven outreach. If you have experience closing B2B software deals, engaging decision-makers effectively, and pitching with confidence, this role offers an excellent opportunity to grow. You will collaborate closely with a small, focused team selling AI solutions to niche SMB verticals such as lawn care, salons, and real estate across the US. This position requires active partnership with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging, test outreach strategies, and expand the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead initial outreach efforts through cold calls and email campaigns targeting US-based SMBs.
- Tailor communication strategies for specific verticals, using scripts as a guide but adapting based on objections and feedback.
- Educate prospects about the AI receptionist product, qualify leads, and evaluate their fit for the solution.
- Schedule qualified appointments for the Account Executive team and independently close deals when appropriate.
- Maintain comprehensive records of activities and insights within the CRM to support team strategy and performance.
- Provide continuous feedback to marketing and sales teams to enhance messaging and outreach effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B cold calling and inside sales, specifically within software or SaaS targeting US customers.
- Fluent English communication skills with a neutral or US accent; able to speak clearly, confidently, and engagingly on calls.
- Demonstrated success in converting cold outreach into meetings and closing deals when opportunities arise.
- Strong objection-handling skills, with the ability to adapt beyond scripts and view rejection as progress toward success.
- Willingness and ability to work US business hours (7:00 PM to 3:30 AM) and perform effectively in a distributed team environment.
