We are looking for a committed Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Lahore. This full-time role operates Monday through Friday with shift hours from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM. The position primarily involves making outbound calls to potential clients, addressing their inquiries, and supporting overall sales growth. The compensation package includes a salary ranging from PKR 50,000 to 80,000 based on experience, along with commission opportunities and daily dinner provided during working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to generate new sales opportunities.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and handle objections with professionalism and confidence.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update customer information in CRM systems consistently.
- Collaborate with team members to refine outreach strategies and meet campaign targets.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of U.S. logistics and freight operations is a plus.
- Proficiency in computer use and familiarity with basic software applications.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
