We're seeking a results-driven Furniture Sales Executive to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences in our furniture store. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their furniture requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales growth: Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and increasing market share.
2. Customer relationships: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
3. Product knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of furniture products, features, and benefits.
4. Consultative selling: Provide expert advice and guidance to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.
5. Store representation: Represent the store and brand in a professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
1. Sales experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the furniture industry.
2. Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Product knowledge: Ability to learn and understand furniture products, features, and benefits.
4. Customer focus: Strong customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
