Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales growth: Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and increasing market share.

2. Customer relationships: Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.

3. Product knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of furniture products, features, and benefits.

4. Consultative selling: Provide expert advice and guidance to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions.

5. Store representation: Represent the store and brand in a professional manner, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

1. Sales experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the furniture industry.

2. Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
