We are looking for a remote Sales and Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying new clients for our digital services. The ideal candidate will focus on uncovering B2B opportunities through personalized outreach and assist in scheduling meetings with potential clients. This position demands a proactive approach to research and communication, along with experience using various lead generation tools and platforms to drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients using platforms such as LinkedIn, Clutch, Upwork, Shopify, and others.
- Craft and send personalized cold emails and LinkedIn messages tailored to prospects.
- Utilize lead scraping tools like Hunter.io, Apollo.io, and Sales Navigator to collect accurate contact information.
- Track responses, follow up with warm leads, and coordinate the scheduling of client calls.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of outreach activities using a CRM system or Google Sheets.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, cold outreach, or lead generation.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong research abilities combined with excellent interpersonal communication.
- Proficiency with outreach and lead generation tools such as Apollo, Instantly, Snov.io, Lemlist, or similar platforms.
- Self-motivated, consistent, and driven to achieve measurable results.
