Nestlé Pakistan is looking for a motivated professional to join the Regional Sales Management team based in Lahore. This full-time position plays a vital role in ensuring effective communication and coordination among the sales force, internal departments, distributors, and customers. The main goal is to support the achievement of sales targets by managing timely reporting, order processing, payment follow-ups, and claims handling. The role demands attention to detail and collaboration across multiple regions to maintain smooth sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and plan orders promptly while coordinating payments from all regions and distributors in line with company objectives.
- Prepare and maintain timely sales reports and analyses, including detailed sales history for relevant regions, zones, and distributors.
- Conduct monthly reconciliation of sales data against regional and zonal reports to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Coordinate with all regions and distributors to facilitate timely submission, settlement, and clearance of claims according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Distribute the Trade Terms and Schemes (TTS) budget and trade promotions to the sales team as per schedule. Compile TTS spending data, evaluate its effectiveness, and report findings to support decision-making.
- Assist the sales team by providing detailed sales analysis, including Regional Sales Force (RSF) data, sales volume shares, and bottom-up reporting tailored to business requirements.
- Ensure strict adherence to all company principles, policies, and compliance standards.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives by applying the Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) methodology to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related business field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations or a similar function.
- Strong understanding of business dynamics and sales processes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of various sales functions, including Customer Care and Sales Development (CCSD), customer management, and field sales operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, to manage data and presentations effectively.
