Newlife is looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Representative who excels in a field-based role and is passionate about connecting clients with the right residential and commercial properties. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for both residential and commercial properties.
- Source and engage potential buyers for properties listed by Newlife.
- Conduct site visits and property tours with prospective clients to showcase available listings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and investors.
- Stay updated on local market trends, property values, and new developments to provide informed advice.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage property documentation, listings, and marketing efforts.
- Represent Newlife professionally during client meetings, negotiations, and throughout the sales process.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience or a strong interest in real estate sales or customer-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage clients and close deals.
- Self-driven and proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
- Familiarity with the local property market is an advantage but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- At least one year of experience in real estate sales is preferred.
- Attractive commission-based earning structure, offering 50% of the commission per closed deal.

- Full-time position with a monthly salary range between Rs38,000 and Rs41,000.
