Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting footwear that suits their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed product information and offer personalized recommendations.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the store.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Accurately process customer transactions and handle payments efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with team members to support daily store operations and goals.
- Stay updated on new product arrivals, current trends, and ongoing promotions.

Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of retail sales experience, ideally within the shoe industry.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to perform well in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Basic math skills with accuracy in cash handling.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
