Responsibilities:

  • Manage all online activity to traffic acquisition, sales, conversion, and reporting.
  • Realize the company’s e-commerce vision and create an online marketing strategy that’s consistent with company goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement an E-commerce strategy to improve website performance.
  • Monitor internal data sources, and web analytics, analyze conversion numbers, and prepare reports.
  • Work with developers to improve website speed.
  • Work with the marketing and digital marketing team to improve quality and traffic acquisition.
  • Research the market to discover new trends and technologies to improve website performance and specific steps to boost online sales.
  • Analyze various data to deliver data-driven strategies to deliver top performance and achieve KPIs.
  • Oversee digital marketing channels, SEO, SMS and email marketing, and social media.
  • Develop and oversee website uploads and landing pages 
  • Responsible for handling Daraz, the Website, and other Online platforms of the brand.
  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication and identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  • Meet personal sales targets for online.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • needs to be able to communicate a product’s value, which requires that they fully understand the product.
  • Provide easy checkout, payments, and other ecommerce-related solutions.
  • Responsible for working with other departments, like the product development, sales and operations teams, and these teams will need to be aware of projects you have coming down the pipeline.
  • They’ll also probably have some projects they’ll want you to work on.
  • Start new enterprises and identify new e-commerce online business opportunities.
  • Knowledge of Amazon store.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Confidence in developing and overseeing retail and e-commerce-focused digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent understanding of UX, web design, customer flow, and web analysis. 
  • Confidence in traffic analysis, reporting tools, and optimization.
  • Knowledge of Attribution modeling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, sales journey optimization, traffic analysis, and reporting tools.
  • Be well organized and can prioritize tasks.
  • Understand the importance of customer opinion in E-commerce
  • Be responsive to customer needs.
  • Understand and tackle the challenges brought in the market by competitors
  • Stay updated on new e-commerce strategies, technology, trends, and online media tactics.
  • Effectively manage a team.
  • Understanding and experience in Google Analytics.
  • Broad experience of attribution modeling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, and sales journey optimization.
  • Perform a range of IT, marketing, and website development tasks to ensure organizations have functional websites that represent them well and users can navigate easily. Respond to security issues and troubleshoot and resolve a variety of website performance issues
  • Responsible for managing all aspects of a website, managing blog posts, guest articles, images, reviews, videos, and web pages. 
  • Audit content and remove duplicate information
  • Assist with social media campaigns and other marketing efforts

We are in salon related business since 1994 and felt a great demand for professional approach in this sector so that the salon in Pakistan could be of international standards. This idea later evolved into a concept of providing all the needs of a salon under one roof with more emphasis on designing the salons, encompassing all kinds of equipments, accessories and cosmetics. We had strong ties with the salons in the region which includes more than 28 cities including Rawalpindi, Lahore and Islamabad. The experience came from working as distributors of Keune Hair cosmetics (Holland) since 1994 and later for Stage Line Makeup (Spain) and Eveline Skin Care(Poland).
