1. Design and produce high-quality marketing materials including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, signage, digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, and website visuals.

2. Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing collateral.

3. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that effectively promote our properties and services.

4. Create visually compelling presentations for sales pitches, client meetings, and internal communications. 5. Source and select appropriate images, graphics, and other visual elements to enhance marketing materials.

6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and software to continually improve design quality and efficiency.

7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

8. Work closely with external vendors, printers, and other service providers to ensure the timely delivery and production of marketing materials.

9. Maintain organized files and assets, adhering to company standards and best practices for version control and asset management.

10. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to colleagues on design-related projects.
