- Oversee infrastructure development, construction, and repair activities within the colony
- .Ensure the highest standards of safety, security, and well-being for all residents.
- Resolve any grievances or disputes related to colony management.
- Implement sustainability initiatives and green practices within the colony.
- Oversee the daily operations of the housing colony, ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Plan and implement efficient management systems for all including security, maintenance, waste management, and public utilities.
- Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in real estate.Strong leadership and team management skills.
