Chat Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Discord Chat Sales Representative to join our team. This is a commission-based role where you can earn up to 20% commission on your monthly sales, with the potential for significant earnings. As a Discord Chat Sales Representative, you will engage with potential customers, assist them in the sales process, and help drive conversions. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to understand and meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with potential customers via Discord chat, answering inquiries about products/services.
Guide customers through the sales process, providing product details and helping them make purchasing decisions.
Maintain a friendly and professional tone while interacting with users.
Keep track of sales, customer feedback, and provide regular reports to management.
Respond promptly to customer messages and resolve any issues or questions.
Collaborate with marketing and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Promote special offers, discounts, and new products/services to increase sales.
Manage Discord server channels and handle sales conversations effectively and professionally.

Work Hours: 09:00 PM to 06:00 AM (overnight shift)
