Requirements:
- 2-3 Years of work experience in manufacturing industry will be preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills required.
- Supervise, control and manage Female Assembly Hall Operations and its staff.
- Supervise assembling/packing and ensure quality of pens.
- Coordination with other departments regarding availability of required components and packing material for production plan.
- To ensure timely completion of production targets ensuring 100% quality.
- Maintain the record pertaining to production, rejections, tractability and etc.
- Prepare long term and short term plans relating to the assignments according to the Departmental
