We are seeking an experienced and skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media marketing strategies to boost sales, engage customers, and increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Marketing

Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
Manage and schedule posts using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
Identify and leverage influencers and user-generated content to expand reach and engagement

Sales and Business Development

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement social media strategies that drive sales and revenue growth
Identify new business opportunities through social media and develop strategies to pursue them
Monitor and report on social media metrics, including engagement rates, website traffic, and conversion rates

General Responsibilities

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform changes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service
Provide regular progress reports and insights to management

Requirements:

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing,

Technical Skills

Proficient in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) and platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
Knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.) and IT support
Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.)
