Scriptwriter & Researcher (Documentary / Digital Media)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Scriptwriter & Researcher to join our digital media content team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Urdu and a passion for storytelling grounded in factual accuracy. This role involves transforming complex immigration topics into engaging visual narratives. Candidates with experience in writing for YouTube, documentaries, explainer videos, or investigative media will find this position well-suited to their skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Write compelling documentary-style scripts in English and/or Roman Urdu for videos ranging from 10–20 to 30+ minutes in length.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop storyboards, video outlines, B-roll guidance, and visual content ideas.
- Conduct thorough fact-checking and source credible data from official websites, media reports, and government portals.
- Stay updated on YouTube content trends, particularly those related to migration, fraud awareness, and international student life.
- Ensure script pacing, tone, and formatting align with the channel’s storytelling style and standards.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, International Relations, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in scriptwriting, content writing, or research-based media production.
- Strong writing skills in both English and Roman Urdu.
- Familiarity with YouTube storytelling trends and digital content marketing strategies.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and consistently deliver multiple scripts per month.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
