Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide order bookers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Allocate areas strategically to maximize sales and coverage.
- Monitor order booking, inventory levels, and timely deliveries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Train and motivate the team to improve sales performance.
- Generate sales reports and provide insights for improvement.
