Monitoring & Evaluation:

Ensure that monitoring and evaluation activities are undertaken as planned
Coordinate implementation of assessments and surveys, including baseline, mid-term review, and endline.
Undertake field visits to monitor progress and support monitoring and evaluation activities, including emergency response.

Learning:

Provide support to program staff when needed, to organize lessons learned workshops during project implementation or at the end of the project.
Participate in the designing and implementation of studies, assessments, research, and learning in cooperation with program staff.

Accountability

Take into account of reporting/information sharing to project stakeholders and relevant audiences.
Support organization to the Repones and Feedback mechanism at both the project level and country office level

Other tasks

Arrange logistics for monitoring trips and evaluations and learning events at the office and field when required
Work with management information systems and ensure data management safety and confidentiality
Travel to the field when needed
Other tasks are required by the supervisor.

Note: This position is required on an urgent basis, we recruit on a rolling basis and is contingent upon donor funding. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
