Operations Manager - Vehicle Tracking

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager-Vehicle Tracking based in Islamabad. The Operations Manager-Vehicle Tracking will be responsible for managing and optimizing the movement, deployment, and utilization of our company's fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate must be able to maintain seamless communication between the logistics team, drivers, customers, and technical support, to ensure full compliance with specified standards and protocols, as well as cost-effective service provision.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management or related field
Five or more years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transport Management
Proven experience in vehicle fleet tracking, GPS, GPRS, or related technology
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven track record of managing and optimizing vehicle utilization, dispatch, and routing
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers, drivers, technical teams, and senior management
Good knowledge of MS Office products, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines under pressure
Should have the ability to work independently with speed and accuracy
