We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our IT company, specializing in e-commerce operations on global platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Etsy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing online stores, handling customer interactions, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize product listings across Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and other global marketplaces.
- Monitor store performance, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to improve rankings and conversions.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and dispute resolution to maintain a high seller rating.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including marketing and design, to enhance product visibility.
- Stay updated on marketplace trends, policies, and algorithm changes to ensure compliance.
- Track inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and oversee order fulfillment.
- Develop strategies to increase brand presence and expand into new e-commerce markets.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing online stores on Amazon, eBay, or Etsy.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC campaigns, and marketplace algorithms is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with international clients and customers.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
