Responsibilities

  • Daily communication with customers and subcontractors.
  • Booking management and scheduling.
  • Providing support to employees and customers.
  • Leading, coaching, and inspiring teams through online communication channels.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and subcontractors.
  • Training and onboarding new subcontractors.
  • Planning, follow-up, and quality control of assignments.
  • Ensuring smooth workflows by improving routines and processes.
  • Regularly reconciling tasks and reporting at the end of the workday.
