Senior Academic Writer

Official Writers is looking for a full-time Senior Academic Writer who demonstrates exceptional English writing skills and extensive experience in academic writing. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of producing original, high-quality academic content across multiple disciplines. This role demands advanced knowledge of academic writing standards and referencing styles, as well as the ability to lead and manage a team effectively. The successful candidate will ensure that all projects adhere to the highest quality standards and are delivered within deadlines, contributing to the overall excellence of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce original academic content with precision and clarity across various subject areas.
- Apply advanced knowledge of academic referencing styles, including Harvard, APA, OSOCLA, and Chicago, to ensure proper citation and formatting.
- Utilize research methodologies and research design principles to develop well-supported academic materials.
- Employ data analysis tools such as SPSS and Excel to interpret research data and present findings accurately.
- Conduct systematic literature reviews following Prisma guidelines to support evidence-based writing.
- Lead and manage a team of writers by providing guidance, maintaining quality control, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in academic writing.
- Advanced proficiency in major academic referencing styles, including Harvard, APA, OSOCLA, and Chicago.
- Strong understanding of research methodologies and research design principles.
- Experience using data analysis software such as SPSS and Excel.
- Familiarity with Prisma guidelines and the process of conducting systematic literature reviews.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet strict deadlines.
- A solid background specifically in academic writing; candidates with experience limited to general content writing or focused solely on USA-based courses will not be considered.
