Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain AI-driven applications and agentic workflows aimed at improving business processes. Design, implement, and optimize scalable AI systems leveraging cutting-edge language models and frameworks. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments. Manage AI model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and token optimization to enhance system performance. Oversee AI operations including cost monitoring, FinOps, API rate limiting, and workflow orchestration. Utilize cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for deployment and infrastructure management. Employ infrastructure as code tools like Terraform to automate environment setup and scaling. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized applications using Docker or similar technologies. Monitor, log, debug, and optimize systems to ensure reliability and efficiency. Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence to manage project workflows effectively.
Required Qualifications
A minimum of 4 years of professional software development experience is required, with at least 2 years focused specifically on AI and machine learning. Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks such as Python, Pydantic, and C#/.NET 6+ is essential. Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs), including OpenAI GPT-4 and Anthropic Claude, is expected. Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, and AutoGen is necessary. Strong expertise in prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, token optimization, and designing agentic systems is required. A solid background in data systems, including SQL Server, PostgreSQL, vector databases, and real-time data processing, is important. Experience with cloud infrastructure management, Git/GitHub version control, and infrastructure as code (Terraform) is essential. Knowledge of platform technologies such as RESTful APIs, CI/CD, MLOps, and containerization (Docker or equivalent) is required. Candidates should be skilled in monitoring, logging, debugging, and optimizing AI and software systems. Comfort working in Agile/Scrum environments using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence is also necessary.
