Veclar Technologies, a U.S.-based B2B company founded in 2018, delivers innovative digital solutions tailored for real estate professionals across the United States and Canada. Our expertise lies in empowering real estate businesses through advanced IT services, data-driven marketing strategies, and comprehensive client acquisition solutions. We are currently looking for a Senior Business Development Representative to join our on-site team. This full-time role operates during night shift hours from 5:45 PM to 3:00 AM and offers a competitive salary range of PKR 80,000 to 150,000 plus commission. The successful candidate will be a results-oriented professional responsible for engaging clients, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing long-term relationships. Acting as a strategic liaison between clients and internal teams, you will ensure outstanding service delivery while driving revenue growth through upselling and account expansion.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Collaborate closely with business development and account management teams to understand client goals and customize solutions accordingly.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, facilitating a smooth and positive transition.
- Analyze client accounts to uncover upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Proactively address client concerns and escalate issues when necessary to maintain satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and updates using CRM software.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on account performance, client satisfaction, and revenue growth.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, marketing, and operations to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators related to client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

Required Qualifications
- Between 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, account management, or client success, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and client relationship management.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts aligned with North American business hours.
