Senior Content Writer

We are looking for an experienced Content Writer Team Lead to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will have at least three years of content writing experience along with proven skills in leading and managing a team. This role demands a positive, can-do attitude and the flexibility to work night shifts. Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately. The position is based on-site and offers a competitive salary package.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of content writers to ensure the delivery of high-quality content within deadlines.
- Oversee the entire content creation process, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure content strategies align with overall business objectives.
- Monitor team performance regularly and implement strategies to improve productivity and output quality.
