We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sr. Manager HR & Admin to lead our HR and administrative functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing administrative operations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Strategy Development: Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives, including talent management, employee engagement, and culture development.
2. Administrative Management: Manage administrative operations, including facilities, procurement, and logistics.
3. Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
4. Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, including managing employee conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
5. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including maintaining accurate records and reporting.
6. Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
7. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance.
Requirements:
1. Master's degree: Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum 8-10 years of experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in a senior leadership role.
3. SHRM certification: SHRM certification or equivalent HR certification preferred.
4. Excellent leadership skills: Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex HR issues and develop effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in a multinational company or a large organization.
2. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations: In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
3. Experience with HR software: Experience with HR software, such as HRIS, recruitment management systems, and performance management systems.
