DeltaDroplet, a fast-growing technology solutions company located in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad, is looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join their on-site team. This full-time position operates from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and focuses on generating online leads and closing sales for DeltaDroplet’s innovative digital products. The company specializes in scalable web platforms, custom applications, and cloud-based services, with a strong emphasis on product development rather than client system design. Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through various online channels.
- Develop and send targeted, persuasive outreach messages to potential clients.
- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to understand and address client needs.
- Convert prospects into closed deals by clearly communicating the value of the products.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and progress within the CRM system.
- Continuously analyze sales performance data and feedback to refine sales strategies.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in product or service sales.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with confidence in handling objections.
- Proven track record in cold calling and cold emailing to engage and convert potential customers.
- Proactive, organized, and persuasive with a natural ability to build rapport and identify client needs.
- Results-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
