Senior Software Engineer- D365 Development

Confiz is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Developer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience to join their innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and enhancing critical modules within D365 F&O, with a strong focus on Financials and Operations. This role demands expertise in form development, workflows, SSRS reporting, and data management to deliver robust enterprise-level solutions. The developer will also contribute to team leadership and project implementation, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain core modules of Dynamics 365 F&O, particularly Financials and Operations.
- Leverage deep knowledge of D365 F&O form development, workflows, and SSRS reporting to build effective solutions.
- Demonstrate proficiency in D365 Data Management and Data Entities development.
- Apply functional understanding of key D365 modules such as Financials, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Retail.
- Utilize experience with MPOS/CPOS and Dynamics Commerce where applicable.
- Knowledge of the Power Platform is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Lead and manage a team of developers through full lifecycle implementation of MS D365 F&O projects.
- Use Azure DevOps for managing code repositories and executing test plans.
- Possess a basic understanding of building DevOps pipelines for automated package creation and deployment in D365 F&O.
- Implement and promote best practices in MS D365 F&O technical development, including code reviews, test plan execution, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).

Required Qualifications
- Proficient in X++ customization and development within Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Experience in creating SSRS and/or X++ reports.
- Strong programming skills in C# .NET.
- Advanced knowledge of MS SQL Server, including writing and optimizing stored procedures, functions, and views.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio development environment.
- Experience with source control tools such as Visual SourceSafe (VSS) and/or Team Foundation Server (TFS).
- Working knowledge of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Expertise in database optimization techniques to enhance application performance.
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX form customization and report development.
- Ability to design and develop .NET applications integrated with Microsoft Dynamics AX.
- Skilled in developing and optimizing SQL queries to support application needs.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Microsoft Dynamics AX Certification and MSSQL Certification are highly desirable.
- Experience with MPOS/CPOS and Dynamics Commerce is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Power Platform adds value to the role.
- Exposure to Azure DevOps and DevOps pipeline automation is beneficial.
