You'll take charge of a dynamic sales environment focused on B2B and B2C markets. You'll mentor and manage cold calling teams, optimize performance metrics, and lead the charge in closing high-value deals across SEO, GMB, web solutions, and educational software domains.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Strategy & Leadership

  • Architect and execute scalable processes across all sales and service delivery verticals.

  • Improve operational KPIs through performance-based strategies and automation tools.

Sales Coaching & Team Management

  • Build, lead, and train high-performing sales teams targeting U.S., Canadian, and international clients.

  • Develop cold calling scripts and pitch frameworks for services like AI-based SEO and website design.

Client Portfolio Management

  • Cultivate B2B partnerships with agencies, educational institutions, and corporate clients.

  • Ensure seamless client onboarding, satisfaction, and project lifecycle management.

Technology Integration & Growth

  • Oversee the implementation of CRM, lead-gen tools, VoIP, and automation platforms to boost conversion rates.

  • Promote cross-functional synergy between development, marketing, and creative teams.

Certification Product Strategy

  • Scale educational services for professionals preparing for IT certifications (e.g., SAP, Cisco, Salesforce, CompTIA).

  • Align call center strategy with product positioning and upselling initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Has:

  • 5+ years of experience in BPO or tech sales leadership

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, SEO/GMB, and web services

  • Proven experience managing sales teams in US/CA time zones

  • Familiarity with AI tools in marketing, sales automation, and CRM software

  • A track record in onboarding and scaling sales for educational or SaaS-based products

  • Leadership mentality with data-driven decision making
