SEO Specialist

Advora Media is looking for a skilled SEO Specialist to join their team at Grand Square Mall, Gulberg III, Lahore. This full-time, on-site position involves managing comprehensive SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO across multiple websites, marketplaces, and content platforms. The role focuses on improving keyword rankings, increasing organic traffic, and enhancing online visibility for various brands operating in different regions. The working hours are Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a one-hour break. The salary range offered is PKR 60,000 to 80,000 per month. The anticipated start date for this position is July 7, 2025.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and content planning to support and refine SEO strategies.
- Manage on-page SEO elements such as optimizing titles, meta tags, site structure, internal linking, and implementing schema markup.
- Develop and execute backlink-building campaigns by reaching out to authoritative websites to improve domain authority.
- Perform thorough SEO audits and address technical issues related to page speed, crawlability, and indexing to enhance site performance.
- Optimize Google Business Profiles with a focus on local SEO for the UAE and Pakistan markets.
- Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to track progress and identify opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with design and content teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all content development efforts.
- Prepare and submit weekly reports detailing SEO performance metrics and keyword ranking updates to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of proven experience in SEO with a track record of delivering measurable results.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, including site health management, schema implementation, and indexing protocols.
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics 4.
- Excellent organizational skills with a consistent and results-driven approach to work.
- Good command of written English to effectively communicate SEO strategies and prepare detailed reports.
